Recently, the research findings related to the “Beisu Coal Mine Energy-Saving Bathing Hot Water System,” designed and implemented by Shandong Aikte Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., were officially published in the authoritative journal Modernization of Coal Mines. This publication affirms Aikte’s strong capabilities in technological innovation and engineering practice for energy-efficient retrofitting of hot water systems in mining areas.
The project integrates recovered compressor waste heat and solar energy, supplemented by air-source heat pumps, to form a stable and reliable multi-energy complementary system for bathing hot water supply. The system can deliver 650 m3 of 42°C hot water daily, achieving a 94.8% energy-saving rate by utilizing free heat sources. The project has demonstrated remarkable economic and environmental benefits.
Aikte will continue to uphold the philosophy of "transforming heat into energy, saving energy through intelligence", helping more mining regions optimize their energy structures and transition toward green and low-carbon development.
