Coal powder industrial boiler technology is an advanced industrial boiler replacement technology with "coal powder combustion technology" as its core. The application of this technology can effectively improve the combustion efficiency of coal-fired industrial boilers, reduce operating costs, and achieve significant energy-saving and emission reduction effects. With the support of the National 863 Program and the Science and Technology Support Program during the Eleventh Five Year Plan period, China has successfully developed a new type of coal powder industrial boiler with independent intellectual property rights, built nearly 60 demonstration systems with thermal efficiency of over 88% and evaporation capacity of 4-20t/h, and mastered a series of related supporting technologies such as clean coal powder processing technology and flue gas purification technology. On this basis, the optimization and upgrade of the demonstration system have been completed, increasing the maximum single machine capacity of the system to 60t/h, and establishing a demonstration base with a thermal efficiency of over 90% and a total evaporation capacity of 400t/h.
At present, China has formed 3 series of 14 standardized products in this technology field, and has built more than 100 sets of coal powder industrial boiler systems in Tianjin, Shanxi, Shandong, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Anhui, Jiangsu, Guangxi, Liaoning and other places, achieving a total evaporation capacity of 1700t/h for promotion and application.
